You apartment had something is wrong, They tell you they will repare it. You can wait, one week or three month. I do not know when they will do it. You can complain for the terrible service. They will tell you if you are not happy, you can move out. If you say something, They tell you they will call police. Cheater stupid and so on is what I want to say about the manager.  Need to rent an apartment?
