My experience at Georgetown was the worst one I have had out of the last 4 places I have rented. Although there are office hours posted there was rarely anyone actually in the office. Maintainence requests took a long time to be addressed. My roof leaked in the same spot after reportedly being fixed on three occassions. After moving out I was charged for many unwarnanted fees.  Need to rent an apartment?
