My apartment is fairly spacious for a 1 bdrm it includes a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher for just under $400. Their is very little pest controls however, and the surrounding trees seem to be a breeding place for spiders. The treatment you will recieve from the property owner at a time of hardship will be one of insensitivity and inhumane disrespect.  Need to rent an apartment?
