Apartment Review for Hickory Place - Gainesville, FL

The manager of the property, Michelle Vance, is an absolute nightmare for a landlord/manager. Service was never prompt and I am now having to leave and find somewhere else to live after barely two months because I have a dog she "believes" will be over 45 lbs. eventually, the weight limit. She claimed she would call a vet to "prove this". She's a mut from the pound. She was very mean and had no qualms telling me to get out. Yet, since I've lived here, the girl next door has had two 75 lb.+ australian shepherds and two cats, but she wasn't aware of that? right, just so happens they know each other well, and Michelle is practicing a little selective enforcement when it comes to her pet policy. I would not recommend moving here at all, unless you want to constantly put up with horrible management.
