Apartment Review for Homestead Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I am a current resident at homestead apts. and i would not even recomend this place to my worst enemy. The office staff are okay, but the office manager is a complete B***h. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your next door neighbor sneeze. The fitness center is always closed, and it only has 2 bicycles, 1 bench press, 1 treadmill, and 1 bowflex. Also the laundry room is GROSS. There are huge water puddles on the floor(can you say DANGEROUS???) and with the water people track in dirt and therefore there is always mud all over the floor. forget about dropping something on the floor while getting your clothes out of the dryer, you might as well leave it there. last but not least i've read that other people had a roach problem i never have a roach, by i had a gecko problem. (YES, I SAID GECKO.) Small transparent ones that you cannot see until you step on one. EWWWW!!!! Let's not forget about the fact that if you have a car and the tag is out of date by one day they will have it towed, and not even care how it effects you. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
