Apartment Review for In The Pines Apartments - Gainesville, FL

First, the neighborhood is not safe at all (far to close to sugar hill... and the kids from there like to hop on the bus and swim in the pools of the complex). Second, the lighting is very poor(you never know who could be standing under the staircases). Third, the apartments are falling apart on the inside and outside. Parts of my building were falling down when I moved in and it took them over a month to fix it. The person downstairs from me had no floor in her pantry other than the dirt ground under the building. My balcony had holes in the floor that never got fixed in the entire year I lived there... plus... my apartment was infested with insects (silver fish)... that the apartment complex were never willing to get rid of. The only nice thing about this place was one of the girls in the office... but she left too... so... I do not recommend this place at all.
