Apartment Review for In The Pines Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This place is huge! If you're looking for space that is cheap, this is a good place to go, but it is a little ghetto. appliances are outdated, and the carpet in our appartment looks like it hasn't been changed in years (they did steam clean it for us though). The outside is being re-done right now, it looks clean, but cheap. There also is a mold problem, our closets and bathroom can have wierd moldy smells sometimes. But you can totally fit 2 people in each room- especially the 3/2.5 town house. the master bedroom has three closets and a bathroom. we have 5 roomates altoghether in it, which makes for very cheap living.
