Apartment Review for In The Pines Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Let me first say that the people in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are very nice and do try to help you. But that only goes so far when the buildings are falling apart. If you are one of the unlucky renters who live on the bottom floor you may think that a Sasquatch lives above you. I mean you can hear footsteps anytime someone walks around the apartment. This is very annoying when you're trying to go to sleep. If you're into voyeurism then this place is for you. I say this because you can hear your neighbors having sex. I swear its almost like being in the room with them. Although they just repaved the complex there are multiple reoccurring potholes at one section of the road. The leasing office's solution to this problem is covering the potholes with a Bobs barricade. There is also a garbage dumpster near the potholes that hasnt been emptied in 9 months.
