Apartment Review for In The Pines Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Yes it is not the best, but it is cheap and it is big. WARNING - it's old, the rent is low but no mistake you will make that up in your utility bills. My power bill average about $250 winter or summer. I had a few that were lower, but forget July and Feb they were close to $300. No insulation. Have a dog and the fleas were horrible!! Our apartment was infested! Use the same flea medicine now with no problems!! Did I save some money while I was there - Yes, but I wouldn't move back. Don't have any expectations and you'll be happy. It's a cheap apartment. If you need one - it will do.
