Apartment Review for In The Pines Apartments - Gainesville, FL

First off, the staff tricked me into signing a year lease when i only wanted 6 months. The unit was not cleaned. There was white paint covering dead roaches dog food and TRASH. There was a dripping hole in my ceiling that took the staff MONTHS to fix. GO AWAY AND RENT ANYWHERE ELSE. I moved out and paid 6 months of the lease while living elsewhere. Being broke was worth getting out of that hell hole.
