This is the best place I have lived in Gainesville. The townhomes are huge, all new appliances including W/D, and they are pet-friendly. The office staff is great and very professional. Notices are always given in advance when they need to enter the apartment such as for pest control and air filter changes. I would stay here another year if I were staying in Gainesville.  Need to rent an apartment?
