La Mancha is very safe as all the front doors face each other in a huge court yard. Everyone who lives there very quickly become friends. The complex has recently turned to condos and for the most part managed by individual owners who are very easy to work with. The complex is only three blocks from campus, has a beautiful pool, plenty of free lit parking,washers and driers on site  Need to rent an apartment?
