When this was an apt., LaManha wasn't bad. Now as condos, there is no office. Prices vary because of multiple owners and many are now empty. The hallways are dirty. no one takes any responsibility. 20 units are in foreclosure. Stay away from renting any CSW Management units -- you won't have any one to contact and they keeps deposits. Phone calls and emails are not returned. Locks are never changed.  Need to rent an apartment?
