at move in, apt was so dirty I wouldn't let my dog live there. Moved in after new carpet installed 5 hours after my promised move in time. Promised to repair other problems, but very slow. Manager likes to hide from problems and let office staff or asst manager deal with issues. Only good point...security.  Need to rent an apartment?
