When I lived there they made all kinds of promises but never came through. We paid pet fees only for them to not record it and want the money again. They would not fix my dilapidated carpet and then wanted me to pay for it when I moved out. I have talked to many tenants that have lived here and just to be forewarned you will lose your deposit, and chances are you will owe more money when it is all over.  Need to rent an apartment?
