Apartment Review for Madison Pointe - Gainesville, FL

Regarding my adult ( grad. student) child's apt., we were promised more than what was actually delivered. The maintenance is poor. Yes, the outside is attractive, but the inside is not what you are shown in the model. The parking has been very good & so far there have been no security problems. We are waiting out the lease until moving into something else. Beware of the redecorating fees & deposits--they are a rip off because you do not receive the services you are expecting. Sorry, NO suggestions offered to avoid this situation--but you can at least discuss it with the agent and mention that you are aware of the deficiency.
