Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

We moved into our apartment in June, and when we had first looked the unit there was mold in the dining room. They swore that they would have it fixed by the time we moved in, we saw the apartment again before we signed the lease, and the mold was still not taken care of. Two months later there is still mold on the dining room wall, despite several visits to the front office, and some visits from the maintenance crew. Why are we paying such good money to live in an apartment that is growing mold?
