Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

At first i thought we had found a decent place to live, since they have decided to sell the apartments, the management staff is utterly reprehensible, we are still waiting for work orders from june, they are extremely superfical (beware of Ira and Carmen) and will tell you what you want to hear and leave you hanging. They have cut back on services such as garbage collection, they have not filled the water cooler in the gym for well over 2 months. The prize that i won in their contest was promised to be a nice sony flat screen turned out to be a 200$ walmart piece of crap. I woulnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, if your smart and read reviews avoid this place like the plague, it will only continue to get worse, residents are fleeing as fast as they can. Live here at your own peril.
