Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

avoid this place at all costs. since it's one of the few places which allows pets, there are more animals in this complex than people. Mostly, I heard dogs barking morning, noon and nite. It was aweful. The mgt. were too afraid to "talk" to the dog barker's owners. There were a few days I tried to work from home--people I called on the phone even asked where I was-because they could hear the dogs bark over the phone. In addition-the security gate here didn't work for months, even when it was fixed I couldn't get a working security pass, because NO ONE at the office knew how to program them, or else they were out of stock.
