Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

i've been living here about 7 months and love it. the price is great for what you get; the quality of the appliances/heating/etc are great and extremely energy efficient. my bills are so low compared to other older places in town. the rental manager is great to deal with and extremely friendly; he is always willing to give you quick attention. they offer free pest control sprays every friday, so we've never had any problems with pests of any sort (unlike other places in town). the grounds are kept immaculate and you are never left without parking. the price for the place is extremely affordable and it's a quiet neiborhood in a great location. LOVE IT! rent it if there is room available!
