Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Do not buy or rent here. The walls are paper thin and the noise is awful. You can hear your neighbors walking up and down the stairs, dogs barking and their TV. If they have surround sound, forget it. You are in trouble because the management will not help you. The manager, Chrisitne, does not return phone calls. Even the condo association owner will not return phone calls. Once you are moved in, you are stuck wtih the noise. The reserved parking spaces are a joke. Anyone can park there and management does nothing about it.
