Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I have lived here for three years and have been here to witness many changes in management and staff. Nobody has done a satisfactory job of maintaining this place. There's hardly any parking, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors all the time, the security gate never works, the dog park is absolutely disgusting, and the management is not very willing to help with anything. What's worse is that I get treated like a renter (they treat me badly) and I'm an owner and am not paying rent to them. If I were renting here, I would move the second my lease ended. The pool is the only thing that doesn't suck at this complex, it's beautiful.
