Apartment Review for Magnolia Place Apartments - Gainesville, FL

My family and I moved here last year. Love Gainesville and Magnolia Place. I have not ever had to wait on a service order to be done. Even on a Sunday-the hot water tank went out and someone was there in a few hours to fix it. It would of been nice of management to keep Jay instead of sweeping him out in a cloak and dagger move in the middle of the night. Then to not have a replacement for him on top of that. Instead the replacement kept the office closed for 5 days. Since when is Thanksgiving more than a one day holiday.
