Apartment Review for Melrose Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The Ad's make tend that this apartment complex is a wonderful and exciting place to live. When infact it is not! Yes it is cheap for college students but it comes with a lot of problems. My toliet would overflow for no reason at all, they took care of it but they were always there because something was always wrong,everytime i turned around workers were back in my room fixing something, the grounds manager would ignore my calls and messages whenever I had a problem, the workers would claim he wasn't there or in a meeting, he makes promises that he never comes through with. The method they use to set up room mates is horrible. Long story short they suck! Don't live here if you do not want constant problems.
