Melrose is the worst place in gainesville to live. IF you are considering moving there dont. You will never meet someone in melrose that has lived there more then a year. There maintence never fixes anything ,they are all drug addicts and thieves. My neighbor had his laptop, dvd player, and tv stolen by melrose maitnence. Please dont move there for your own good.  Need to rent an apartment?
