Apartment Review for Melrose Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Melrose is a nice community, the apartments fit all my needs. I love the idea of having my own bathroom so everyone gets more privacy. The floorplan is good and the ammenities are even better. The only thing I do not like about Melrose is that they try to rip you off. Be careful when signing your lease because the next month, they might be offering a special for a lot less than you have to pay. Also, I don't know if this is all over Gainesville, but the water is horrible and the sinks and toilets grow a nasty mold/ fungus unless you bleach them every week.
