Don't rent here. The spill you get in the walkthrough is not what is real. Your room-mate may be just out of jail. There is no attempt to match room-mates according to your preference. Smoking anything is allowed and over looked. The managers are a joke. They are students or kids from town with no authority or responsibility. Nothing is taken care of. If you complain you are viewed as a trouble maker. Everything about this place is poor.
