Melrose Apartments have been great for me

I have had no problems at Melrose so far and I have lived here for 2 years. The only problem we had was our water heater went out, but thats understandable b/c things happen, appliances aren't good for life! Maintenance came out and replaced it right away also. I think its funny that the previous person said Melrose was old and there were  Need to rent an apartment?
