Bad neighborhood, but apt is a gem!

The neighborhood is not the greatest, but for the location in relation to campus and price it is something one can overlook. The units are fairly new and in good condition. The property manager is spacey, and the Realty owner is a jackass. Management needs reminders on fixing issues. No real complaints, I plan on resigning.  Need to rent an apartment?
