Apartment Review for Oakbrook Walk - Gainesville, FL

I lived here for about a year and WOW what a rip off. When you see the model, you think you're getting a pretty sweet place, but this is far off. My carpet actually shed like a dog. It was so irritating. They also tell you that there's a maid service included in the rent. It's basically a joke. For MONTHS she didn't show up (she was only good for vaccuuming up the shedding carpet) and when I confronted the management, they basically told me "too bad, you can't prove anything". The non-refundable activity fee was used for 2 pizza pool parties while I was at class. Beware! The only good thing about this place is being close to UF!
