Apartment Review for Oakbrook Walk - Gainesville, FL

I read the other review for this apartment and maybe it's old or something but some of the information is wrong. Parking is not too bad here except that the spaces are EXTREMELY small and you have to have some skill in parking your car in the miniature spaces they provide you with. Each room has its own bathroom and each room has two closets. It's me and my one roommate and we both split the $900 rent each month for unfurnished. It's not too bad... it comes with all utilities except the phone service (which costs us $27 a month). There is a washer and dryer even though they seem a bit out of date it's nice to have it. There's minimal partying and every night there is a security officer that kinda hangs out around the complex in his little kiosk and makes rounds every hour around the place to check up on everything. Walking to somewhere like turlington on campus takes my roommate about 45 minutes and we are one of the closest apartments to campus. I take the bus and it's not as bad as the wait for people on other routes such as route 9 or 35 where it's worse.
