Apartment Review for Oxford Manor Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The management staff (especially Lindsey) are rude and seize every opportunity to take advantage of you. I have lived here for several years because of the location but that is the only thing going for it. The apartments are disgusting (don't trust the models), I have seen everything from thousands of cockroaches in one apartment (which tenants were forced to live with for MONTHS before the problem was taken care of), to sinking foundations, mold, you name it. A few months back, poor maintenance of the grounds caused a tree to fall over and total two cars. Later, when in the office I overheard the staff explaining that it wasn't their problem. Perhaps that is why I dread each time I have to enter the office. I would strongly, strongly recommend against living in this decrepit excuse for living conditions.
