Apartment Review for Oxford Manor Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Was wonderful Fall Semester. Winter it got a bit noisy at night and in the early a.m. hours. I needed a quiet apartment. I love the location but they want to charge more this next year for rent. They have done very little to fix what needed to be repaired nor have they done grounds work for me this whole year. They can't get my neighbors to turn their music down. I like the staff very much. But they need to be more strict on the people they rent to. Unless they wish to be a party apartment complex.
