Apartment Review for The Paddock Club Of Gainesville - Gainesville, FL

Yes all apartments have the good and the bad. I have lived several places in Gainesville, and this was my favorite. Was it without flaws - NO, it's an apartment. Is it a little overpriced - Yes. The management was very nice when I lived here. They always remembered my name and where professional. I lived here 3 years. I was even a very vocal tenant, as my upstairs neighbor was a wife beater! I complained A LOT. Called the police A Lot. Was I a little frustrated that it took almost a year to get them evicted - Yes, but in there defense it is there resonsibiltiy to protect all of their tenants. They listened to my concerns, and tried to help as much as they could. Moved out as rent does go up quite a bit from year to year. Final rent about $300 more than when I moved in - so I moved on.
