Apartment Review for Piccadilly Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This place was an excellent apartment complex as a graduate student. I am only moving out this year because I am finally obtaining my graduate degree and have found a job outside Gainesville. For 4 years I have had no problems with my apartment. Maintenance was always fast to respond the few times I had any problems, like my AC breaking down (and even then it was replaced the same day!). The office staff changes a lot but they were always friendly. Pool was nice and clean specialy in the summer. I also love all the trees found throughout the complex. Makes it fell cozy and homey despite being next to the heavily trafficked 34th St.
