Apartment Review for Pinewood Terrace Apartments - Gainesville, FL

It is expensive. You would expect to be treated nicely by the management since you are pouring in $650 a month, but for some reason they treat people like dirt. They love to buy huge toys and park them in the complex. I have seen an Escalade, GMC 2500 with $3000 rims, and a 50 ft boat(all owned by the managers/owners). Seeing all of these fun things makes you feel good about the rent.
