Apartment Review for Pinewood Terrace Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I will never live here again, and you shouldn't either. I am a student at UF and thought it would be nice to have a 1/1 place to myself. I was wrong, I now have hundreds of cockroaches as roommates. Trust me, I am an outdoors guy, a few don't bother me at all. But I came back from being gone for 10 days I found my complete apartment crawling in them. They came in around the closed windows and under the doors. And just to let you know, the pest control only comes ever few months and will walk in on you after knocking once. LOOK AROUND ... you can do much better then this dump for $460 a month!!
