Worst Place No No parking, loud noises at all hours of the night, children running unsupervised, office is rarely open, trash everywhere . . . could continue but I'm out of This place is a dump. Worst year of my life while I lived there. The drug dealers, paper thin walls, office is always under staffed, police raids, just not a safe place for anyone....
