Isn't really a student complex, which was dissapointing. If you walk loud, or play your music, get a bottom floor apartment because the walls and ceilings are SUPER thin. Management is OK, and the apartment is close to SFCC, but far away from everything else. Don't really plan on walking anywhere in the grass, because there is a ridiculous amount of crap everywhere.  Need to rent an apartment?
