#1 No gate #2 Place is huge, plenty of parking and well lit too #3 You're surrounding complexs around bad, but arent great so you might have some criminals around #4 You're close to newberry so you wont have a problem finding stores/groceries #5 No ones hanging out outside so you wont feel uncomfortable #6 Rent is affordable and apartments are decent #7 Quiet for the most part  Need to rent an apartment?
