Apartment Review for Reflections Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The apartment isn't bad, but the management makes no effort to help ensure that you enjoy your residence here. I get the feeling that once you sign your lease - Your stuck. The office staff is down right rude. The property is surrounded by low income/ high crime complexes. The management will NOT repair the fence that has been ripped down, so people of all sorts enter the complex. They walk all around the buildings and cars, knock on your door late at night, and overun all the amenities. Cars and apartments get broken in to. Well insulated inbetween apartments on the same floor, however, I can hear everything above us. Forget it if they have a dog. I know where they are 24 hours a day. When the are playing fetch with their dog, when in the kitchen, and when she has company over for the night! Yes it is a pet friendly complex. With all the animals here, they do nothing to contol the parasites. The Fleas and TICKS are horrible!!! in the grass on the property. Move here for the apartment and try not to interact with management and you'll be able to tolerate it.
