Apartment Review for Regency Oaks - Gainesville, FL

The staff here is horrible. They lie about repairs, promise things they don't deliver and are unresponsive to residents needs. I submitted a maintenance request to have my refridgerator fixed in August. It is now March and the fridge is still not fixed. The staff promised washers and dryers in the apartments. Guess what? We don't have any and the laundry room has nothing but broken machines which they never repair. In all, this place sucks. A lot. Oh yes, one of my lovely neighbors left a huge dent in the side of my car and left no note.
