Santa Fe Pointe will tow your car, fine you, nickle and dime you to death but will put zero effort into improving the community. I lived there for 2 years, I can still say this stuff honestly. Maitenance is not kept up and security guards are only around when it's time to meet their sound violation quota. If there is a fight or you are getting robbed they are nowhere in sight....and you will get robbed. They show you no leniancy as a resident but allow themselves all the leniancy in the world.  Need to rent an apartment?
