Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Let's start from the "beginning" where you yourself even possibly you and a parent come to see what lavish amenities that the crossing has to offer. They corral you through the first building that you can see from the office. Little do you know that this is the nicest building on the lot. The floors are painted over and everything seems semi pleasant. Compared the the rest this one is heaven. There is a reason that this place is comparatively cheaper then any of the other "all-inclusive" apartments in town. Living here, I've seen drug dealers, huge fights, robberies. Our apartment even had our door kicked in on two occasions. Things were stolen both times. Oh not to mention we were charged for the repairs. They like to brag of their new gated entrance. Which when works only stops people from coming in on one side. You wait 2 minutes someone leaves and a flood of cars usually follows. The rent-a cops are more a pain than anything and end up holding the line up for 10-15 minutes at a time. My suggestion: you look harder for something else. I remember saying myself. It cant be that bad. Well I was right it was not that bad, It was worse. And its the biggest regret to date in my life.
