Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The idea of walking to school every day lures many insuspecting college freshmen to venture towards santa fe pointe. From the view point of the tour the complex seems very nicely kept and clean. The buildings don't look old and the tour apartment was very nicely furnised and decorated. This all looks fine and dandy and you sign a lease. Nest thing you know you are moving into a house with the beds in your room broken and leaning up against the wall. There was trash all over the floor and mold and mildew growing in the bathroom. Our wash went almost a month without them coming and fixing it. Went almost an entire week without a/c and they complain about anything to us when they can't get anything right. They were going to charge each apartment $1.00 for each cigarette found outside. I don't even smoke. This is just not a good idea. if anywhere go to santa fe trace.
