Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Do not lease from this place! I repeat--- DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PLACE! I seriously think I'm the only pure white person here. Most of the residents are black and alachua county residents (aka rednecks/trash). If you take out a one year lease, you can count on getting broken into atleast twice! I live on the third floor and can hear every damn thing going on.....from girls screaming on the top of their lungs at four in the morning for no reason to fights breaking out between whites and blacks. The apartments are located out in the middle of NO WHERE! Only positive is SFCC....other than that - good luck burning gas. Heard stories of drug busts, PLENTY of break ins, racial hate crimes (committed by the apes), and not to mention a girl getting stabbed by another girl! Managment SUCKS! They don't fix anything. They are only concerned with luring in innocent future residents (may god help them). I can't stress it anymore - do not lease from this piece! If you do, you're in for one wild ride....one you will regret.
