Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

so i have been here only a month and i have already moved to a different apartment within the complex. there was a domestic dispute between my roommate and her lover and cops got involved....lets just say not a good idea. yea everything looks good from the outside and the model apartment they show you when you tour the complex looks flawless...its not like that. not all apartments are the same, some have green carpet and in my first apartment my furniture didn't even match. yes its close to campus but all my friends live on the other side of town so its useless anyways, im wasting gas in the end. My advice is to think twice before you sign the lease that is impossible to get out of.
