Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I have lived here and Love the layout.. now with the new management who knows what they are doing Maint. is never an issue + always around when you need them.. you dont have to wait a week until they are scheduled for your building anymore!! And the events like movie night, dodgeball, and the pool parties actually work to bring people out and have a good time, I already renewed. Why move away to pay more rent and be further from class when this place is only getting better and better? And to the "Property manager": You must have been the first one to get fired when these people took over. LMAO - My Mom is glad I am still here and so am I.
