Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Hey I moved in back in May. Let me tell you. I hated my decision. There was crime all over and management, well lets say they sucked to sum it. My lease is until Apirl 2006. I thought I was going to die if I had to stay here until then. In July Paradigm Properties took over. Immedidately I saw changes. they seemed concearned about all of us residents, which I am not use to becasue the old property manager was a bitch. The place got cleaned up both inside and out. The office staff is great, and the new property manager really cares. I see him walking and talking with all the residents. This place def had major problems, but it seems to be getting alot better. I would suggest any SFCC student to come live here. You won't regret it.
