Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

This place is pretty good, as you could see it has some low points, most of the other reviews on this page have been from before this new management, i moved in about a week after they switched over, started out in a somewhat dirty apartment but was moved *with all my roommates* to a much better one. There are a lot of good people here to go along with the bad. I think this place is pretty safe now, proven probably by nightly basketball games that seem to go on even late at night. It's very quiet here now, there are plenty of parties that go on but the security tries to keep things quiet. But we're in college right? We aren't a bunch of old bastards looking for peace and tranquility, if you want that move to the beach or something. I say come here if you go to SFCC, its affordable and fun here.
